Vacuum forming

As an alternative to injection, we also offer the vacuum forming as another manufacturing process.

Depending on the cost effectiveness and requirements we select the appropriate method. Advantages of the vacuum process are less expensive tools for a small batch production.

With our thermoforming machines we have the opportunity to produce molded parts with a forming area of 900 x 1800mm.

We are using PS, PC, ABS and electrically conductive synthetics also.
